Overview

You have entered a “replicated website” of an Independent Agent for Annuity.com, Inc., the back-office of an Annuity.com Independent Agent, the corporate website of Annuity.com, Inc., or a mobile application (“App”) operated by Annuity.com (“Annuity.com,” “our,” “us,” or “we”).

The Site is operated by Annuity.com and hosted by a third-party technology provider. The information you submit on this Site is sent to and accessed by Annuity.com—not the Independent Agent to whom this Site is assigned (except as otherwise stated in this policy).

Agent and Customer Information

To become an Agent or Customer, you must provide biographical and contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).

Agent applicants must also provide personal identifiers such as a Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number so Annuity.com may prepare and file required non-employee compensation forms with the IRS.

Personal Information Storage

Your personal information is collected during enrollment and maintained by our software provider.

Annuity.com may provide limited Agent information (name, address, email, telephone number, and sales volume) to other Agents in your upline or downline for legitimate business purposes. Business Transitions

If Annuity.com is acquired or sells part or all of its assets, Agent and Customer information will likely be transferred as part of the transaction and will then be governed by the acquiring entity’s privacy policy.

Annuity.com occasionally assigns leads to Agents and operates an Agent Locator tool on its website. To facilitate these, we may share the relevant Agent’s or prospective lead’s name, contact information, and location details.

Legal Disclosures

Annuity.com may disclose confidential or personally identifiable information to comply with legal orders, subpoenas, regulatory demands, or other lawful requests.

In certain jurisdictions (e.g., Montana), we may be required to disclose income and identity details to regulatory authorities.
